All donations and contributions made to Aniglow Foundation are considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. As a charitable organization, the funds are allocated immediately towards ongoing projects and causes. Therefore, donors are requested to carefully check the details before making a contribution.

2. Transaction Failure
In case a transaction is unsuccessful due to technical errors, network issues, or payment gateway failure, and the amount is debited from the donor’s bank account but not received by the Foundation, the transaction will be verified with the payment gateway and banking partner. Once confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the donor’s original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Duplicate Transactions
If a donor unintentionally makes a duplicate payment for the same cause or campaign, the donor must inform the Foundation immediately with proof of the duplicate transaction. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Refund on Special Request
In exceptional cases where a donor makes a genuine refund request due to an error in the amount or wrong campaign selection, the Foundation may review the request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The decision of the Foundation will be final in such cases.

5. Donations to Third-party Campaigns
For donations made towards partner NGOs or campaigns hosted through Aniglow Foundation, refunds will be subject to verification with the respective partner. The Foundation will coordinate with the partner organization before confirming any refund.

6. Processing Timeline
Refunds, once approved, will be credited back to the donor’s original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The actual timeline may vary depending on the donor’s bank or payment provider. The Foundation will not be responsible for delays caused by the bank or third-party payment systems.
